Spaceship Vision: One Tin Soldier

Just over a year ago, Don and the crew of The Vision discovered that faster than light travel existed. They shared that discovered with everyone and helped trigger the first democratic revolution in over a hundred years. With The Democratic Alliance at peace with the nobility, The Vision is racing to warn The Accord, the group that kept faster than light a secret, that it’s no longer a secret.

They arrive just a few hours ahead of a fleet of battleships owned by The Pardoners A sect of The One Church who gather power by taking money for the forgiveness of sin. Leading that fleet is Father Julies, a former resident of The Vision who claims that their discovery of faster than light travel was actually a revelation from God and anyone who use it without The One Church’s permission is a heretic.

Now The Vision’s crew discover themselves in the middle of yet another conflict. This time they must discover a way to keep the fledgling Democratic Alliance from splitting into a civil war over their loyalty to The One Church and save The One Church from those inside it who care more about power than God, all while facing a weapon able to make faster than light travel impossible.
